"Come on, July, let me show you this field of wildflowers! It's grown considerably since we last went a few years ago!" June shouted excitedly, already near full gallop as she turned back to wave July on. Her half-sister hesitated for only a single moment before bolting off, wings beating the air to help her catch up to the smaller centaur. It didn't take them long to arrive at a clearing in a light forested area where a gigantic field full of vibrantly colored flowers sat as a feast for the eyes. July gasped and June giggled at that perfect reaction. "I know! Isn't it wonderful!" She let her lower torso flop and her upper torso followed suit.
"How did they get so vivid?" July asked, an awestruck tone in her voice. She flopped next to her half-sister in a way that left their heads facing each other and beamed at her. "Or perhaps they simply appear more vivid because you are here with me…" She mused at June before stretching out to plant a tender kiss on her lips.
