After Pink had finally bound a soul to her, she was able to remain in the mortal realm indefinitely. Or at least until the bound vessel expired, if she hadn't acquired more by then. The entire experience was a lot more emotional than she expected and she certainly never expected to bind a mythical to her, but this was all in her favor.

The mythicals, especially dragonkin, were usually reclusive and stuck with their own kind, so she knew it was highly unlikely that she'd be able to bind more of them. At least not at that time. She decided to go off to see the humans, since mortals were much easier to deal with. Pink was brimming with confidence now that she no longer needed to worry about getting things done quickly, so it was easy for her to draw in many of them. And with a subtle hint of desire magic, nobody even questioned why she had horns, tail, and claws.

She got into all sorts of trouble, though her mischievous manipulations got her out of any situation she didn't want to be in. At the end of her week-long escapade, she decided it was time to get more serious, and bid the trio of exhausted law enforcement officers adieu. She hadn't really been looking for more, but she didn't make any new soul bonds during her time away. So when she returned to the home of her mythical bond, she started to come up with a plan to gain power. She would need it for her lofty goals.
