Franco is an eccentric man who wears a costume of his original character "Fayes The Pernicious Feline". He is obsessed with an ancient film that he believes heralds the coming of the "Mutant Age" and tries to recreate the "Juicybar" drug from the film to stave off cravings for Joy.
