Mongo would be a serious threat to the warlords of Olathe if he weren't currently locked up. A massive mute man with the strength of an elephant hopped up on Joy, he was imprisoned for ripping a member of the Artful Dodger Gang in half with his bare hands, his cell is full of the remains of dangerous criminals that he massacred. Mongo has the capability to escape, he could have escaped long ago, but he is both too honorable and too stupid to even try it. He will only leave if the door to his cell is unlocked, which is what Brad can do if he so chooses, doing so will let this behemoth of a man join his party.

His name, the name he chose to help transition into a post-White Flash life, isn't even Mongo Jailbird. It's what his captors call him as an insult, knowing he wont correct them due to his muteness.

In battle, Mongo uses both his fists and the large iron ball shackled to his leg by delivering bone shattering kicks. He also has the skill "Head Squeeze" which can do catastrophic amounts of damage if it actually lands. He is also prone to being affected by the Crying and Pissed status effects
