Gelli is the older of the Jester Sisters: two strange creatures adept in fire and lightning magic respectively. Nobody knows just what species they're supposed to be, many believe the two of them were afflicted with transmogrification magic from a witch, but its very difficult to tell.

Gelli is stoic and cold, but she is also very protective of Jamm due to her younger sisters more trusting and naive nature. She is also wary of strangers, not hesitating to shoot most of them with her Lightning Eyes once they become hostile towards her. Her ears function as lightning rods to give her a boost in her lightning magic during stormy weather, thanks to her rubbery skin(?) she can safely conduct lightning and channel it into powerful blasts that shoot from the tips of her hands.

An interesting quirk Gelli has is that she always keeps her eyes closed, the unsettlingly blank stare she has is the result of ordinary face paint. Her real eyes are the same color as the storm clouds she can summon.

Gelli was trained by the Avion Mage, Ibis, on the other side of the world from her sister; they only reunited just recently
