A while back GlitterPills was offering commissions with big, involved backgrounds. I've always loved the amount of attention and detail he puts into his backgrounds, and asked if I could get just an environment painting, with no main anthro or human character shown. So this is a fantasy/scifi version of Cassio and Farore's bedroom, as designed by him. There are a lot of details so I'll point out a few that make me really happy or are very important:

• The cat on the bed. That's my real life cat, Socrates, a Korat (mismarked as you can see), and that eager 'mao!'ing pose is pretty typical for her. This is the first time someone other than me has drawn her, that I'm aware of, and Glitter did a lovely job considering the small amount of reference material I could give him (Socrates hates cameras).
• The charging pod. That techy thing tilted against the bed would be where Farore curls up in for some serious recharging (it normally feeds off of Cassio or other bed-buddies' body heat while they sleep, converting it to electricity, but the pod works much more efficiently). If it seems small, keep in mind Farore is only 4' tall.
• The tons of little tech details about the room making it clear that this is not your ordinary bedroom, from the toolbox and heavy tool display above the bed, to the mystery bits of tech in the nightstands and on the shelves.
• All the tiny details like the various plants, the stuffed animals (a red panda and a donkey as requested, and others!), the pictures on the walls, the incredible detail on the woodwork, the space-themed wallpaper, the bright glow from the fish tank, the titles of the books, etc.

If you look closely you can also see Cassio and Farore's shadows being thrown from the hallway light, just above the bed.
