I once mentioned that my villain character Yvonne went though some of the most brainstorming. The earliest idea was a bald eagle pirate but I tossed the concept long before I actually drew it... so I decided to actually draw it now but as a separate character!

PS: Btw if you're wondering just like Yvonne this character is female. Its a bit more obvious if you know her name origin because its the French feminine spelling of a word to mean being sharp (can be used both figuratively and literally).
