This is Rhythm "Slippy" Beat, a pegasus whose wings mutated into a third set of legs. He is a talented drummer and plays for one of the biggest bands in Equestria.

Here he is trying to sneak past some fangirls. Hard to go unnoticed when you have an odd number of legs.
