Older Art / Older description. lol

I guess you could say this was a Neko version of me, though I really ain't that cute, nor do I have that gorgeous dress I wish I had the cash to buy~ One day, one day.

Done because I was on ebay, saw this dress and dreamed! Anyway, slowly getting back into habits of drawing, I had to push myself hard to get this out, which makes me sad. Turned out alright though even though I did want to give up a few times.
