I did a couple of character bust concepts recently.

This is Moutak.
He's a another pure blood Eldorian, like Nevian. He dyes his hair to try to hide that fact, as if his height, eye coloring, and tattoos don't already give that away.
He's a Demi Human with the ability to create 'soft' clones of himself using water magic. The clones and the original all share the same thoughts, but the clones are able to think of things on their own; this can cloud his thought process really badly. He's searching for a way to fix this problem.

Eldorian's are a really rare race of people that slowly started to disappear after the 4th Great War that absolutely devastated Yetera and Eldorek. They just spread out all across the world due to the inability to gather food in their country. 200+ years later Eldorek has really recovered and has a really wide range of people who live in the coastal towns, however Yetera is still suffering.

Most of my characters with very light lavender, blue, red, white, or yellow eye colorings are decedents of the people who left Eldorek.
