A common foe first encountered during Rex's teenage years. Shadow Slicer's modified hands and feet have large claws that cut pierce even the flesh of a god. It attacks by slashing with its hands--getting caught will trap the victim in a moderately-damaging combo. It will also kick in at attempt to impale its opponent. Its most damaging attack has it swing its tail and knock the opponent away with the hook. If hit with this, Rex/Rashada will take a few seconds to recover, during which Shadow Slicer will attempt a kill strike. It is best to use elemental attacks on this foe, as it has moderate speed and health, as well as poor defense.

As its feet prevent it from walking/running/standing, Shadow Slicer uses the "wings" springing from its back to hover.
