Harold's nightwatchjob was something he particularly enjoyed, even if it did seem to rise from his more... marsupial side with which he had a great distaste for. It gave him the ability to climb the trunks of trees and grasp the rough bark that protected them. His long rope-like tail clung to the branches with ease, as if it had a mind of its own. Hare often found himself near the small pond on the edge of the wood, hanging from an old aged tree, thick with the scent of rotting wood. Only to loom over the water's edge and gaze at his own reflection, glaring back at him.

Did he take up this responsibility to protect his clan members, or to find silence and peace in the cool of the night when frustration and hate radiates off of his skin?
