My mom has the same problem with her fingers. It could be 90°F outside and her hands would be as cold as ice.

Same with me. I used to be able to go out in the dead of winter, no matter the temperature, dressed like I was going to the beach and not even be an iota of a fraction of a bit chilly. Likewise, no matter the temperature in summer, I could dress like I was traveling to the Antarctic and Arctic and not sweat a single drop nor be even a bit warm. Nowadays I get much, much colder/hotter than you humans do... I mean us humans should... (Whew, almost blabbed I was an alien! ... Ignore that...)
