D-Major Dream in Sequence (Original Composition)

Another original of mine! This one is highly minimalist and inspired by the master himself, Steve Reich. Enjoy guys, and gals!

LYRICS:
I breathe for you
As you breathe for me

I live for you
As you live for me

There was a mansion in my dream
A derelict masterpiece

The rooms were filled with sorrow
Their minds were filled with-

-A feeling of pensiveness
A feeling of wanting to die

The people that wandered 'round
Burnt fires to their eyes

The people that lived in there
Sorrow, full of pain

The fields surrounded it
Witnesses to remain

The gold inside the signs
Of temples full

The Aztecs, they have left
Their handiwork to the poor

The civilizations that have left
And witnessed the collapse of man

Never once thought
Their rockets would go to Mars
