He'd lowered it slowly, tormenting half the planet with his divine footfall, letting billions struggle to comprehend the sheer power of their visitor. And the slave... standing, awestruck, enthralled at the sight before him, his towering master towering over the earth's very atmosphere, with scaled toes stretching endlessly into the horizon.
