This is a new technique for making stars. I dip a pen into masking fluid, and using a credit card, flick splatter it all over a blank paper. Once it dries, I coat the paper in black ink (DON'T USE A MARKER FOR THIS). The only way to apply black or any color this way is using a brush. Next, use a specialty eraser and the ink is VERY dry, I take off the mask. What you have then is all the spots covered by the mask is now white from not being covered by the ink.
