The first of the smaller tribes, and a very neat looking one! This tribe is not very unified compared to the fully integrated tribes to the north. After the tribal wars a few generations before, the Alecani and Pylura of this area agreed to a loose partnership under the name of a single tribe. While all Alecani have mammal coloration with no natural bright colors, they do use feather and fur dyes. This tribe is particularly skilled with dyes, and they are almost never seen with their natural dull coloration only. The Pylura of Tas decorate with feathers mostly in place of dyes, and dominate the forest floor and lower echelons of the trees.

Pylura and Alecani live in an integrated society, and have been for so long that they've evolved similar looks for their adaptations to each territory. Though not winged, they are highly intelligent scientific minded animals, who value curiosity and knowledge (species profile pending). The word "Dimali" means "people", a word separate from their species identity to denote they're part of a specific group. There are ten primary tribes that control the continent this story is set, each one with unique cultural and physiological traits!
