_{Denali looked out over the dreary plain before him. The trees were covered in brown leaves and electric blue arcs of erratic energy cracked throughout the valley. There was pain and sadness in his eyes as he scanned the area.
He briefly glanced behind him so see where his compatriot was. Seeing Schnee running towards him from a distance, he turned back around, shut his eyes, and inhaled deeply. He opened his eyes and watched the leaves on the trees return to their brilliant warm autumnal hues. The grass became green again, the energy arcs dispelled, and even the sky itself became bluer. He smiled quietly.
"Yo Denali!!! Don't just STAND THERE we have to save Switch before it's too la----- okay wait that whole valley was super dead before what happened"
"Are you certain of that, Schnee? It looks fine to me"
Schnee gave him a look.
"Okay you're BSing stop it"
"I thought you were saying we had somewhere to be, friend?" Denali said as he spread his wings and flew off.
"Mysterious goddamn lizard" Schnee sneered as she ran after him.}
