This was just a personal project, unrelated to school. Bought a box from Michaels and sketched the drawing onto it. Then I burned the drawing in using my woodburning tool and colored it lightly with colored pencils, then erased, to just leave the slightest trace of color. Afterwards I sprayed it with a fixative so the color would stay.
I'm gonna use this box to hold my pyrography tools now.
I'll do some more pyrography soon, an old dorm is being torn down, so they let students take the built in drawers out for under-the-bed storage. I'll strip the paint as soon as I can buy the equipment to do so.
