Theme for the briliant joshraves

Born the eldest son and heir to a noble house, Josh was always pushed to be the best possible candidate for his family name. His life was hard, living always to impress his own family and others with talents he did not naturally possess. Making friends was hard, since Josh didn't enjoy the company of other noble children. Always turning to the servants for friendship, he often found they didn't trust him. Thatwas until he started stealing things to earn their favour. Before long, the more cunning of the servants had trained Josh to get in and out of places without being noticed and to use his noble name if were ever caught.

It was clear to his parents, once he came of age, that he was not the son they had always hoped for, instead favouring his younger brother as the heir. All that stood in the way was Josh's life, as by law he would always be the heir, regardless of his wishes or actions. After overhearing his parents discussing the hiring of an assassin to kill him, Josh saw his opportunity to escape the life he'd hated for good. Using his criminal connections he pulled some strings to have his assassination faked. Pledging himself to the life of a wandering bard.
