No one knows who put the heads on Leaning Head Hill, but it is a safe bet that it was Grimbald who made them into leaning heads. The heads themselves don't seem to mind, as they are always smiling. Leaning Head Hill is a good place to go if you are sad or lonely, since the heads will keep you company and are always understanding.
