The Sakura brand ones are pretty good and I think places in many countries sell them. Amazon does. :)

Are you using a white gel pen for the shine? :) I started using the Jelly Roll "Glaze" white pen for mine...it writes kind of clear, but when it dries it's a very wonderful solid white. :D
