They'd been stuck there for a while, now. Searching for an exit was easier said than done. Kerishre was floating from orb to orb, searching for a place worthy to return to. Mr. Kicks, in the meanwhile, was hanging for his dear life, his front paws cramping up, arms and legs wrapped around one of the more useless orbs (one that led towards an annoyingly uninhabitable corner of the multiverse)
Annoyed by the cats sounds of anguish, Kerishre came back to where the cat was clammering for his dear life and explained:
"Here's a ground rule: Since I'm basically the one working here, Kicks, I expect you to at least be quiet! You stay put, I'll be busy saving your worthless behind."
