A new character I made. It was inspired by Greek mythology and the Percy Jackson series(if you guys wouldn't mind :P).

It's my version of Percy in the form of an otter. He wields an aquatic staff/spear(whatever it's called), and he has the power of water. Of coarse, he's the son of Poseidon, half god, and a friend to Dusk. I am making a team for Dusk too, and Percy is part of it. There will be a couple more team members made and coming soon. ;) In other words, this came out pretty good and the water effect came out okay.
