a character concept that i was thinking about doing for some time...and then just happened one night while trying to draw something else XD...

he's based on a orca...yet i added fantasy like features like platting on his tail to resemble a palmtree with extra fins, and more exotic skin pattern...so he strays far from the usual orca so i guess i'll call him my fantasy orca character XD
