He's a grim reaper in training. His face hasn't completely turned into a skull as of yet, so I gave him a reaper mask and a rotting face and instead of the trademark reaper scythe, I gave him twin hooked swords in black.

He was made in the MMORPG "City of Villains"... I miss it so much. ;_;
