The hardest part of this page was setting on the lighting. Most of these are lower-quality test renders of some of the various alternative lighting schemes. I wanted it to look like he'd just come home and had a night-feel, so most the lights were off. There was also quite a bit of difficult with a separate, failed motion blur idea that didn't make it into the final page, but that might be for a different post...
