Aaaand the TV asset itself makes an appearance! The render time was rather significant on this setup. Still not exactly sure what it was. As for the TV itself, the idea was a massive folding-screen that could bend and twist to roll along rails and be visible from their bedroom or dining room as well. I never got the rigging working to a satisfactory degree, however, so any shots would probably have to be pretty manually set up. The railing is pretty basic too. Haven't gotten around to integrating the test object/shaders into the main file either; I got distracted by other ideas XP
