Because I am literal trash, have some Dream as a Five Nights at Freddy’s automaton. I haven’t played the game (Too much of a chicken) but I have watched Markiplier play it several times on his channel. Instead of being plate metal like in the game I imagine she had a wire rigging with a material over it to make her soft on the outside. She got her mane and tail pulled a lot till they came free. Her horn probably just had a little light, but a short caused it to bust.
