He certainly does look wet, doesn't he? He also looks super-fuzzy. Is it too much fuzz? Not sure. I do have a couple problems with him, though. For one, I think his head is a little too small. And the worst thing about him is his feet. He looks like he's got furry elephant feet.

The scenery is okay. Making a frontal view of a diving board is apparently not easy, but I do like the reflection in the water.

It's too bad this was drawn in a notebook. The lines really don't help this look nice, and I couldn't edit them out because there was simply too much detail in the drawing.
