For the #pokeddexy challenge on tumblr. I was totally obsessed with Lucario when the movie came out. I started collecting it and everything! Fun fact, the 8th Pokemon movie is the last Pokemon movie I really bothered to watch or own. After that, I got bored. Haha.

Nope, Illustrator confuses me, haha. 100% photoshop! I use the pen tool for the silhouette.

I've been using Kecky's brushes! Specifically, the pencil line brush, but the others are nice as well.

Oh I love how Lucario looks in this style! He's one of my favorite steel types too, though I never saw the movie.

Thank you! I was really proud of this sketch because I think I pushed it further than I normally do. Having a sketch you're proud of usually makes the painting easier and more fun too, y'know?
I know I liked the movie well enough, but honestly I haven't seen it since the year it came out, so I've forgotten just nearly everything. /O\ Womp womp.
