Chest fluff is only cause his digimon design has a big tuft of chest fur :3
You should draw that concept more though! Do a character line-up even?

Looks neat, especially the head. It reminds me of the lizardy-humany-thing I came up with a while back, although I'm more of a fan of back/spine hair over chest hair :P
