I usually get: shamed, belittled, "How dare you!"d, told "You just haven't met the right person yet!", called a liar, called disgusting (because in their minds and mouths: "The only people who don't have kids are people who do/did bad things to them! It doesn't matter HOW young or old you are, you'd better have kids!" [Yikes!]) and many other things when I say "My body, my choice. My life, my choice. My money, my choice."
