Ravana, Belle's husband, has awaited to see both of Belle's eyes.
Normally, she wasn't able to open her right eye due to that being her full power and would go rampant while draining her life and slowly take her apart if not careful, but now she has a powerful rune placed upon her pupil and is now able to control the power and can see clearly with no problems.

Am not sure how I feel about how I drew this, but it looks ok to me, heh.
