Their welcoming warmth and leathery texture extends in delightful smoothness to the cooler, blue scales of equally soft yet tough skin that shows so many intricate lines of tension with every moment of your four perfect digits, but none so much as the exquisite detail of the scaled skin between each glorious toe. Capped with their shapely and sharp talons, the toes and their teasing wiggles are a delight to the eye in every pose they take. And if, just if, someone's close enough to experience that warmth directly, they might also catch the delightful (if not inexplicable) scent of blueberries mingling in the wonderful aroma of those incredible footpaws.
