My first attempt at a Viking/Rus hat.
Red wool exterior with faux rabbit fur lining and trim. Silk thread for the hidden machine and hand-stitching; waxed linen thread for the decorative stitching.
The first component to be completed of my planned AC2015 Viking costume.
