A Jon Pertwee/Third Doctor cloak I was commissioned to make for someone. Cloak is black velour and red polyester 'satin' lining; black cords for the decorative frogging with wooden toggles. Flap cover welt pockets on the front, and an inside pocket for sonic screwdriver storage.
