My costume inspired by Jackson Lake from the David Tennant era episode "The Next Doctor" (the same episode the Cybershades were in).

Photo was taken at Marcon 2014. The vest is not uneven, it was just pulled to one side when I put the coat on (really wish the photographer had mentioned this to me...)

I made the frock coat, vest, and shirt. The bowler is from Mike the Hatter of Cleveland.

I've also used this outfit at MCFC, Anthrocon, and Confluence.
