Starr Snorkel is the lead character in one of my comic/graphic novel projects.

He's a xenobiologist/xenoarchaeologist adventurer-type. A lot of his studies take part on aquatic/aqueous planets so his support technology is more specialised than other astronauts.

Not sure I'm going to use the 'hardlight' weapon design here - it's a bit too 'Star Wars' with the lightsabre thing - I'd rather stay away from that if I can.
