wanted to revisit a birdsona, but stay with a parrot because I really adore their body language and short, 'flat' faces and (relatively) long necks and small, compact bodies. The bottom black/white drawings are way more the proportions/attitude I think suit her, but I did the colored ones first to sorta see a proof of concept!

Her legs are UNREASONABLY long and not quite built like a parrots, and her toes splay oddly. I just want her to be a little freakish/weird but hopefully still read as a parrot! She plucks her feathers high up to her knee rather than having them run down to her ankles. she holds herself high and tall, as if always showing off to a potential mate.
