Background: Being raised as heir to the Maldrad fortune, Victor has almost always gotten his way. During his high school years, He enrolled at Duckburg High and meet The Duck Brothers, in particular Huey Duck. Huey and Victor had an intense rivalry through their late teens. Both of them trying to outdo the other with almost no end to their bickering. After finishing high school and college, Victor used a portion of his family’s fortune to start his own business. Due to his love of card games and manipulation, it seemed natural to him to open a casino known as the Golden Goose. Recently, He became re-aquatinted with Halley Swanette, an old flame of Huey’s, whom he met at a class reunion. The two hit it off and after a few months of dating, Victor proposed to Halley and they became engaged.

Another character of *kiananuva12's that I'm integrating into the DWD universe. He along with the Swanette Sisters will appear in later chapters.
