Background: Henry Brooster is a lieutenant of the St. Canard Police department and a single father with two kids. During his early years of service at SCPD, Brooster’s wife Evelyn was murdered and he lost his comb due to gang violence. While this traumatic event has effected his life, Brooster has not let his wife’s death cloud his judgement and perception of right and wrong. He has continued working as an officer of St. Canard PD since his wife’s demise hoping to bring her murderer to justice. His eldest son Trevor is currently at an out of state law school and his daughter Annie is in her last year of high school, supporting her father with her caring nature. Since Darkwing Duckette assisted in a bust, Brooster has formed a surprising friendship and alliance with her. He wishes Darkwing would come willingly go to the station and perhaps give up her superhero ways, until then though he is glad she is on their side.

For Hank, I wanted a Jim Gordon-Batman bond between him and Darkwing. They both have trust in the other and enforce the law but in different ways. They have respect for one another. I need to work on his character more though. Enjoy.
