Arsenal: Modified Biohazard Suit- This biohazard suit is a modified version of Gene’s quarantine suit. The palms of the gloves each have a retractable hole allowing him to spread his virus through physical contact. The suit also possesses special servo-mechanisms within it to enhance his physical abilities so he can combat his opponents
Anesthetic Grenades- These gas grenades produce an aerosol form of strong anesthetics and tranquilizers.
Flu Darts- These darts contain an altered and accelerated form of influenza which when injected into the body can cause opponents suffer strong flu symptoms and collapse from fatigue.
Flu Dart Gun-This modified dart gun that Quarantine carries is used for his flu darts
Ill Grenades-Similar to the Anesthetic Grenades, this grenades instead house an aerosol form of different viruses.
Background: Pierre has always had a brilliant mind and skill but his motives have been wrong. All his life he has looked for a way to become rich and live the easy life. However he has lived a very mundane life and used his skills to become a biochemist at a small germ and biochemical lab where he met Gene and Marie Gastroen. One day his life changed when the lab was given a sample of special virus after it was confiscated from a terrorist. His superiors gave it to him to put it in a special high security area. However, Pierre had other plans in mind. He decided to study it with Gene and Marie. After discovering some of the properties of the virus, Pierre planned to steal it. Unfortunately, Marie discovered him trying to steal the virus and was accidentally exposed to the virus. While his plan didn’t go well, He instead decided to study the effects of the virus on a person while he used Gene to synthesize more of the virus and sell it on the black market. This plan was foiled when Darkwing Duckette showed Gene the truth. While trying to make his exit, Pierre broke the vile containing the concentrated virus and struggled, causing a myriad of chemicals to spill on him and starting a small fire. It was believed that the fire consumed him leaving nothing behind. Though this was not true; the mixture of chemicals, the virus plus the fire mutated Pierre with the virus, making him a mutant carrier cursed to be plagued by the virus for the rest of his life. He vowed revenge against Gene, Darkwing, and the rest of St. Canard.

Here is Quarantine II. He's much more of a villain than the previous Quarantine and the cause of Gene's dilemas that lead him to becoming Quarantine. I wanted to do more with his disease, make him more hideous and deformed but I could think about anything disease for his physical appearance other than brown speckles like chicken pox and blue-tinted skin.
