Thronaklass - Demigod, God of Generosity, Legendary Hero and Icon of Klanotine. The child of a god and a mortal, Thronaklass was prophesied to bring the end of a tyrant who destroyed his hometown. Luckily, his mother snuck him into the nearby forest where he was taken in and cared for by the fair folk of the forest. After growing up and learning of his heritage, He went to the capital of an ancient empire to the north to defeat the sorcerer king. He instilled generosity and kindness to those of the people under this corrupt king. Thronaklass eventually lead a rebellion against the king and sacrificed himself to end the king’s reign. After dying he ascended into godhood and the people honor his sacrifice and the way he lived through the midwinter celebration of Klanotine. Tales are told to children of Thronaklass returning to the earthly plane every Klanotine Eve to deliver presents he made on another plane. Thronaklass is depicted as a man in his 40’s with long dark grey hair and a beard and dressed in a red fur robe. Some depictions have him holding swords which he wielded during the rebellion while others having him holding a large bag filled with money he took from the greedy king or gifts he brings for the children.

Another addition to the Asnorit Pantheon in made for Christmas in 2013. Thronklass, an icon of the winter celebration of Klanotine. I was inspired alot by North St. North from Rise of the Guardians but also took influences from Heracles, Jesus, and a little Robin Hood. I hope that you guys enjoy this pic.
