A small song that came from a session of playing around with local musical elements. Chipgrass? It reminds me a bit of "Hill Top" from Sonic 2! I always enjoyed that song.~

I attempted to stay within the confines of the original Genesis/Mega Drive hardware for this one in terms of how many instruments and samples are playing at once, though I may have still flubbed what the PSG chip was actually capable of.
