Yay another one down!

This one was tooooooooo fun <3 I loved the collar, haha. I don't get to practice ruffles a lot and that's both a god send and a sad-face. But he's so cute XD such a cute little subby Tiger. And I don't normally like subby-males :| but he just pulled a heart string for me. Must be the species.
