Scene from a dream.

It was very late, just a few hours befeore sunrise. There was a window in my room that doesn't exist in real life and through it I saw strange, translucent white ball falling from the sky. At the same time family returned from somewhere and I helped them with the garage door. Just as I stepped outside, however, the "ball" fell into the marshy riverside just behind the car. A family friend went on to check on the "ball" and it was seemingly inactive. It was made of black metal and looked like a stylised eyeball with a green iris. It suddenly hovered in the air and fired harmless lasers that seemed to be its way of scanning the surroundings. The metal ball then hovered high and away into sky. Bewildered, we weren't sure what to do.
