I took a screenshot of one of Pacos Hank's tornado videos (his youtube channel is great). I'm pretty sure it was his "Tornadoes of 2013" compilation) and did another one layer painting of it. I got a wee bit more of a grasp on how to do multicoloured things on one layer, so it was... slightly... less irritating... nnnnnnnnnnnnnn
