I had this dumb AU where Naruto occasionally wears panties. Like when he was training in those three years with Jiraiya, he sends Naruto to the hot springs as a girl to help in his "research". Naruto brings clothes but he forgets his boxers so a girl gives him her spare one and Naruto actually likes to wear them but nobody knows about that because he only wears panties when he's home. That is until he accidentally brings his panties and he's on a mission with Sasuke and Naruto gets caught wearing it. ((Sasuke returns to Konoha much earlier)
