A low frequency oscillator with four 90° phased outputs. It is definitely a Thomas Henry design, probably from An Analog Synthesizer for the 21st Century, but I can't find my copy of the book at the moment.
First PCB I'd laid out in a long while, designed for a 3U high rack. If you look carefully you can find the footprint error.
Built for a laser abstract generator (that can also be an analogue synth), that's a long ongoing project.
